“Tour ‘da Fun” Community Games

Active programs for adults age 50+

June – September

Pre-registration required for each event

Registration phone number and deadline included in Passport

dults age 50+ are invited to join the “Tour ‘da Fun.” Park departments around Lake County teamed up to coordinate a series of recreational events designed for active adults who like to have fun. Events range from track and field to Wii (video game) bowl- ing. No experience required. A

Participation is open. Eligible adults may join the tour at any time and may register for any or all of the events. To join the tour, just pick up a “Tour Passport” at any of the participating park department offices after May 1. Passports list all the event details including dates, times, registration fees and phone numbers. Passports will be stamped at each event and are turned in at the closing party.

Cooperative Special Recreation Initiative

C.S.R.I. is a cooperative venture seeking ways to increase recreational opportunities for individuals of all ages who have special needs and abilities. The following agencies are proud to be a part of CSRI.
