To include, for example:

1.Provision for regular written reporting from the Contractor, including for example:

“The Contractor shall provide the PCT with monthly written reports detailing:

(i)its compliance with the national quality standards, using the Accreditation Reporting Template provided by the Department of Health at: https://www.out-of-hours.info/

(ii)such information as is deemed necessary by the PCT to provide management information for discussion at Contract management meetings and to assist in providing indicative figures for any future re-let of the Contract.”

2.Provision for regular evaluation of the Contractor’s performance.

3.Provision for regular performance review meetings with the Contractor, including for example:

“The Contractor’s Representative and PCT’s Representative shall meet at regular quarterly intervals to discuss Contractor’s performance of the Services.”

4.Provision for specific information to be recorded by the Contractor;

5.Provisions relating to the above and contract monitoring generally, for example:

“The Contractor will keep accurate books and records in relation to the provision of the Services in accordance with sound and prudent financial management.  All such books and records shall be made available to the PCT at regular intervals of not less than quarterly.”
