Saturday, October 9

  • 7:30 am Coffee and Donuts in the Great Hall

  • 7:30 to 8:30 am HOK Volunteer Check In

  • 7:30 to 8:30 am HOK Project Leaders Check In for Project Packets

  • 8:30 am Gather in Sanctuary for Rally and Blessing

  • 8:45 am Disburse to Project Teams

  • 9:00 am Dog Park, Winterize Car Check, Recycling, Health Fair, KBC Donation Distribution and Thank You Gifts projects begin

  • 9:00 am Nursing Home Team leaves for St. Agnes

  • 9:30 am All other events begin

  • 9:30 am Nursing Home Team arrives at St. Agnes

  • 1:00 pm Dog Park, Winterize Car Check, Recycling, Health Fair, KBC Donation Distribution and Thank You Gifts Projects end

  • 1:30 pm All other events end

  • 2:00 pm Battle of the Bands begin

  • 5:00 pm Battle of the Bands end

Sunday, October 10

  • 8:00 am NO 8 AM SERVICE

  • 9:15 am Sunday School

  • 10:30 am Combined Worship Service

  • 11:45 pm Lunch served in the Great Hall (bring a side dish; church will provide chicken and drinks)

  • Register online for lunch at www.kirkwoodbaptist.org/community/event-sign-ups or sign up in the Great Hall foyer

  • 1:00 pm Community Gospel Choir Concert
