Celebration Sunday October 10th

Join us as we celebrate God’s good work from Hands on Kirkwood. We will have Sunday School / Bible Study at 9:15am and a joint service of worship at 10:30am. Following worship, we will gather in the Great Hall for a pot luck lunch before returning to the Sanctuary to hear the Community Gospel Choir in concert. KBC will provide fried chicken and drinks. a festival for children

Let your friends and neighbors know about this great kids festival on Saturday, October 9th, a part of Hands on Kirkwood. It will take place at the Kirkwood YMCA from 9:30am - 1:30pm. There will be children’s performers, learning stations, free hot dogs & snow cones, a vehicle fair, and a lot more!

FOOD PANTRY NEEDS Please don’t forget to bring your filled bag of food for Kirkcare and the Family Food Pantry on the 1st Sunday of the month, October 3rd. You can drop off your donations in the closet at the end of the Great Hall Foyer. Thank you!

Flu Shots Saturday, October 9th for the public and Sunday, October 10th for KBCers The cost on Saturday is $29 - the cost on Sunday is $20 for KBCers. This year the flu vaccine includes the H1N1 vaccine. The VNA will bill some insurances.

Clean out your closets before HOK!

The Shoeman will be collecting shoes at KBC and Kiddo-Palooza for HOK. Donate used and new shoes to Shoeman Water Projects to turn them into affordable footwear for those in need and clean water for those who thirst.
