  • Catherine and Michael Plessala made first honor roll for the 2nd quarter at Kehoe France.

  • Lee John "LJ" Gilyot earned 1st place and an undefeated title in the LSCL holiday Chess Tournament in the 4th grade and U Section. He also competed in the 2010 National K-12 Championship in Flor- ida and placed in the top 15 NATIONALLY out of 157 students in the 4th grade champion- ship section.

Lilli Johnston, a first year piano student with Mr. John Russell, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in September of 2010. It was removed within 48 hours and within one week she was

discharged from

the

hospital and in

great

spirits!

She kept up

with her

school work

during

recovery

and

was

able

to

return

to

cheer-

leading,

gymnastics,

and

her

piano

lessons!

Play-

her brain

which

were

affected

by

the She

tumor and surgery. did very well at the

Christmas

recital

and

we are made

glad that she has a full recovery!
