Refunds (minus the processing fee) will be made if your written refund request, receipt, and name badge are in our office by:
Friday, August 5, for Housing ($12 processing fee) . beginning Monday, august 9, refunds will be made onlY if the housing space is sold, by the Campus education Week office, to someone else .
Friday, August 5, for Signature Cards ($5 processing fee) . no refunds are available for partially used or unclaimed Signature Cards.
Thursday, August 11, for Registration ($8 processing fee) .

We are currently recruiting volunteer hosting staff for Campus education Week .
Hosting is an enjoyable and rewarding experience as evidenced by the hundreds of volunteers who return each year! You can start the process of joining them by calling 801-422-6214 to receive a host- ing sign-up form and additional information.
Please note the following about hosting:
You receive a free full-event name badge if you cover a shift for four consecutive days .
Various part-day shifts are available.
This year we will keep the shortened shift schedule: Tuesday– friday standard shifts are 8:00–11:45 a .m ., 11:30 a .m .–3:15
m ., 2:45–6:15 p .m ., and 6:00–9:30 p .m .
Monday shifts are 8:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m. and noon–4:15 p.m.
All volunteers must attend a training session from 10:00 a.m. to noon on saturday, august 13, 2011 . If you are from out of the area, please contact our office regarding a later training session .
Please note that hosting staff must be 18 years of age or older.
The following are some general tasks assigned to the hosting staff:
Check name badges at the door of an assigned class;
Count the number of students attending a lecture;
Keep the flow of students moving smoothly before and after classes; and
Help students enjoy their experience while attending Campus education Week .

Through the generous donation of longtime friend and education Week instructor Maurine Robson Humphris, her husband Joseph, and others, an award program has been established to assist single parents in attending education Week. application information for the 2011 awards was given in the education Week Housing newsletter that was mailed in late spring to those who attended the program in 2009 and 2010. Deadline for the applications was June 10, 2011. applications for next year’s awards will be accepted between March 29 and June 8, 2012.

be a single parent .
be the guardian of one or more children under the age of 14 .
show financial need .
