Cancellations of trips must be made at least one hour in advance of the trip.  Repeated no shows (un-cancelled trips) can result in suspension of service.  Please refer to our “No-Show/Cancellation Policy.”

STAR service is provided as a curb-to-curb service.  The driver will provide limited assistance in boarding and un-boarding.  AT NO TIME MAY A DRIVER ENTER A BUILDING TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE.  

Prior approval for RADAR’s vehicle to enter any driveway is required and will be maintained in the passenger’s data file.
