Select the campus you intend your child to attend. Click the SAVE button when complete. If you do not know your child’s attendance zone, you can look up where the child should attend by checking at: http://www.infofinderi.com/tfi/address.aspx?cid=HI04616239308

There is no data in the Medical Section. Please bring your child’s immunization record to the school nurse for review. This is required in order to complete the enrollment process.

There are no documents in the Document Download section at this time. There will be additional documents to complete the enrollment process at the campus in August.

Click in the check box next to “I Agree”. PRINT a copy of your enrollment application. A copy of the form will appear on the screen. You MUST bring a copy of this document to your registration appointment. Lastly, click the SUBMIT button to send your application to the campus. You will then see the status of your child’s enrollment application. You will receive an email confirmation that the enrollment has been submitted. Next step…come to The Oaks to complete your child’s registration.
