AXA goes live with Audatex
Following our announcement earlier this year that AXA had chosen Audatex UK as its vehicle claims technology provider, the transition by AXA to our claims management solution went live on 29th September 2008. With 99% of AXA approved repairers already using GCC and AudaEnterpriseGold it was a seamless transition for all.
Audatex has deployed a range of claims services for AXA effective from 29th September: Global Claims Centre (GCC) including claims management, estimating and vehicle model selection, plus a dashboard providing bodyshops with an up-to-date view of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). AudaExpress will be used to keep all parties informed of the progress of the claim, including AXA’s own claims handlers and total loss and invoicing teams.

AXA will also be using our AudaBridge data exchange solution to provide outbound electronic instructions and pre-populated assessments to reduce the administrative workload for its Approved Repairers. The company is also deploying AudaSource as its integrated parts procurement service, with Direct Automotive Limited (DAL) and AutoClimate chosen as preferred non OE suppliers.
RSA launches parts sourcing and claims settlement innovations
We’re pleased to announce that we have partnered with RSA to launch a technology initiative to drive further efficiency and performance improvements in two key areas of RSA’s motor claims business – parts sourcing and claims settlement.
Not content with streamlining the traditionally time-consuming parts sourcing process alone, RSA has also introduced AudaInvoice for electronic invoicing and payment – removing the need for paper invoices from repairers. Bodyshops are now able to request payment electronically upon completion of the job. Provided that there are no variances to the original approved estimate, payment is immediately processed.
This innovative process improvement programme is enabled through the deployment of AudaSource and AudaInvoice.
RSA’s approved repairer network will use AudaSource as the means of sourcing parts from the insurer’s non-OE parts supplier, SEL. The solution integrates seamlessly with Audatex estimating and locates and checks parts availability within seconds.
With RSA we have a truly integrated claims solution in place, providing process improvements every step of the way and we are looking forward to the next steps in this evolving success story.
