The Human Resources Senior Program Coordinator and Program Coordinator roles are an integral part of the City of Eugene’s Human Resources team. The City of Eugene’s Human Re- sources Department serves an organi- zation of over 1400 employees, six departments, and four collective bargaining agreements.

We currently have three positions available:

  • Human Resources Generalist

Program Coordinator- Employee Learning and Development Focus

  • Human Resources Generalist

Program Coordinator- Recruitment and Selection Focus

The ideal candidates for these posi- tions will have strong administrative and human resources experience and have the ability to establish effective, collaborative relationships and work closely with managers, labor organiza- tions, and employees.
