urope is a dynamically developing continent, integrating within and outside the European Union. However, these processes of integration are not free of tension and dispute, the best example being the history of theTreaty of Lisbon. Member States have numerous doubts about integration processes. The implemen- tation of the Treaty of Lisbon is another step in the development of the European Union.
