he people who pull the strings in Europe and who have an inuence on sha- ping regional development strategy are looking for the most ecient and proven solutions which would allow an increase in the innovative potential of regions. The INTERREG IVC programme is an answer to the contemporary needs and challenges that European regions are facing and allows them to learn from one another, get to know proven solutions and adapt good practices to their own needs and circumstances.
