WHEN IS YOUR PRIME TIME?
Figure out when you are most energized during the day, it is usually the same time period each day and is called your prime time. For some people it is first thing in the morning, others mid- morning and for some in the afternoon.

Set aside this prime time to work on those highest level of effort and concentration.
