Collaborating partners: CVL counts on four collaborating laboratories in the country: The Agricultural Laboratory, Analytical Laboratory Services, Gammams Laboratory City of Windhoek, and Namwater Laboratory. Collaborating laboratories outside the country are the Botswana Vaccine Institute (BVI), Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute (OVI) in South Africa, the South African Bureau of Standards, the IAEASeiberdorf laboratory in Vienna, Austria, VLA in the United Kingdom, Instituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale della Italia in Teramo (IZSTE), Italy and several others. Samples for which the CVL does not have the analytical capacity are sent to subcontracted accredited laboratories.
