EXPECTED PERFORMANCE CRITERIA  (Applicable to all contributions at all levels):

Work is timely, efficient, and of acceptable quality.  Personal and organizational interactions exhibit and foster cooperation and teamwork.  Flexibility, adaptability, and decisiveness are exercised appropriately.
