All application forms will be date stamped by the Clerk to the Trustees on the date they arrive in the Trustees’ Office. The Trust aims to advise applicants of the outcome of their application within six weeks of the date it is received.

6. Applicants should be aware that there are a number of constraints on the Trust’s ability to make grants. Grants can only be made to persons residing within the boundaries of the Old Urban District of Uxbridge who the trustees consider to be in ‘conditions of need, hardship or distress’, or for the purposes of ‘promoting their education’. The Old Urban District of Uxbridge includes Cowley, Uxbridge, Harefield, Hillingdon and Ickenham postcodes. Applicants are advised to obtain guidance from the Clerk to the Trustees if they are in any doubt as to whether their postcode lies within the area of benefit.
