to have the booth was $340 ($250 for the space and $90 for a liability policy).  Ms. Crocker stated that she sent out an e-mail regarding shift coverage and was passing around a sign up sheet for the times that were not covered.  It was also reported that Da-Sharoi Crocker recruited some of her after school program staff to volunteer on one of the days of the fair.  Kristine Sauceda said that she has to do a shift for Madera PD, and may be able to cover a shift for the Council as well on Saturday and Sunday.  Ms. Rose asked if volunteers received a free pass or did they have to pay their way to get in.  Da-Sharoi Crocker reported that she received 16 free single passes to give to volunteers helping to cover the booth at the fair and that volunteers will be able to park in parking lot A.  Tickets were distributed to those volunteering their time to cover the booth at the fair.

FATHOM Force Signs & Website Update: At our last general meeting, the Council approved the purchase of new signs and Da-Sharoi Crocker stated that she will take to Andy’s our present signs and the arrows after the fair so that they can update everything.  Ms. Crocker indicated that she would drop the signs off on Monday and will pick up the new signs on Friday.  The new signs will have our FATHOM Force logo on it.  Regarding the website, Da-Sharoi Crocker reported that Fredo of Work Arts Media purchased our FATHOM Force domain names.  If individuals use www.mccapc.com, www.fathomforce.org, or www.fathomforce.com, they will still be directed to our website.  In addition, Da-Sharoi Crocker stated that she sent Fredo a design for our website using Publisher, and from the design he will begin to revise our present website to give it a fresh new look.  The revised website will allow individuals to see copies of our minutes, down load our annual report, see pictures from FFD, as well as have a link that says our partners.  On the ‘our partners’ page it could allow our partners to announce events that they are having as well.  To revamp the site, it will cost the Council about $1,200 or $1,300.
