This license will give the above-mentioned business the ability to sell garden and flowering plants in temporary greenhouses located in their parking lots.

BACKGROUND:

In 1998, Ordinance 98-1719 was enacted to require a license fee and establish insurance requirements and a time limit in which to operate. The temporary nursery sales license is limited to a maximum of seventy-five (75) days per calendar year and the first day of set up
