CITY OF BLAINE

RESOLUTION NO. 10-30

GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT PER SECTION 31.04 (k) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLAINE J-LESS ENTERPRISES, LLC 1473 91ST AVENUE NE

WHEREAS, an application has been filed by J-Less Enterprises, LLC as conditional use permit Case File No. 10-0008; and

WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held by the Blaine Planning Commission on March 9, 2010; and

WHEREAS, the Blaine Planning Commission recommends said conditional use permit be approved; and

WHEREAS, the Blaine City Council has reviewed said case on April 1, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Blaine that a conditional use permit is hereby approved per Section 31.04 (k) of the zoning ordinance to operate an indoor vehicle and moped showroom in an I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District at 1473 91st Avenue NE based on the following conditions:

  • 1.

    No outside storage or parking of vehicles to be sold is allowed on site.

  • 2.

    No vehicle repairs may be conducted on site.

  • 3.

    The applicant must obtain a certificate of occupancy from the building inspection

department.

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Blaine this 1st day of April 2010.
