ADMINISTRATION: Resolution No. 10-37, Approve Joint Powers Agreement with Anoka County for the Reconstruction of County Road 132 (85th Avenue) Between Trunk Highway 47 and Springbrook Drive in the Cities of Fridley, Coon Rapids and Blaine, MN, SP 02-596-07, SAP 106-080-002, Improvement Project No. 08-09
The Cities of Blaine, Fridley and Coon Rapids have joined together with Anoka County for the purpose of reconstructing the roadway, drainage, traffic control systems and other utilities on County Road 132 (85th Avenue) between TH 47 and Evergreen Boulevard. The purpose of this agreement is to outline the responsibilities of Anoka County, the City of Fridley, the City of Coon Rapids, and the City of Blaine regarding installation and maintenance of the traffic
signal. The City of construction cost for an

The funding source for the City’s portion of this project will be Municipal State Aid funds.

By motion, approve Resolution No. 10-37.
