Dear Foretravel Motorcaders:

As we move forward with energetic plans for Foretravel, service and maintenance become increasingly important. Of course it is our goal to build the finest motorcoaches available, however all mechanical vehicles require regular service and maintenance.

Over the last 10 months we have strived to provide you with a first class service facility that provides top quality work. We believe our service facility and parts department will keep your Foretravel in top condition! Our Service Director is Brad Laidler, who has 16 years of experience servicing Foretravel motorcoaches. He is supported by our Service Writer, Keith Adams, and Service Foreman, Garry Evans, along with our staff of qualified service technicians who have numerous years of experience with Foretravel. Included in our service group are David Flanagan, Mike Guarnere, and Wayne Voirin, who are assigned to remodeling. This group is capable of handling a complete remodel to the inside of your coach. They perform work daily ranging from replacing carpet to a complete floor plan change. New Wayne Voirin, Mike Guarnere, David Flanagan

cabinets, carpet replacement, new tile and furniture replacement are all routine procedures for this versatile group. Linda Miller is our Customer Service Representative handling coach remodeling and refurbishment. She has 29 years of experience with Foretravel and lots of experience decorating coaches. She loves to use her imagination in showing what updates and changes can be made to provide a new look to an older coach. Foretravel has an extensive inventory of fabrics to suit everyone’s needs. If you have to call our Technical Support Department, you’ll reach James Triana, who has 26 years of experience. James knows Foretravel coaches in and out and can answer

almost every question about our line of coaches. If James doesn’t know the answer to your question, he will find the answer and get back to you.

Mark Harvey is in charge of our Warranty Department. Mark has more than 26 years of experience with Foretravel and will be able to assist you Mark Harvey with your warranty needs. Assisting him as Warranty Coordinator is Pam Smitherman, who has also been with the company for 27 years. By owning a Foretravel, you will find that Foretravel builds a quality coach and stands behind its product. Our Parts Department is headed by Mike Grimes, who also has 27 years of experience with Foretravel. Mike can fill your parts requests for all Foretravel models, old and new. Mike’s staff includes Alton Eaton, Jeff Nix, Mark LaMonte, Allen Anthony, J. D. Crouch, and John McKeown, and all are eager to assist you with your needs. Parts can be shipped for next day delivery in emergency situations. A wide array of accessories is also available. Pam Smitherman

To keep your Foretravel looking its finest, we have our fiberglass repair and “state-of-the-art” paint facility. Danny Thompson and his repair team, Greg Hughes and Socko Katanian, are ready to repair those everyday bumps and bruises as well as major accident damages. This remarkable team can match all Foretravel colors as well as make complete graphic and color changes. We use only BASF paint, which is used by the finest auto, yacht and motorcoach manufacturers.
