MICHAEL USEEM

Michael Useem is William and Jacalyn Egan Professor of Management and Director of the Center for Leadership and Change Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Professor Useem has completed several studies of corporate organization, ownership, governance, restructuring, and leadership.
