SPECIAL TOWN MEETING TANTASQUA REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TOWN WARRANT JUNE 8, 2009 7:00 PM

ARTICLE 76:

ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AREA DESIGNATION – PIONEER BREWING LLC

To see if the Town will vote to designate as an Economic Opportunity Area, the portion of Tax Map #24, more particularly described and shown on the map which is on file with the Town Clerk and Board of Selectmen’s Office and further to vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to offer a special assessment or tax increment financing package for qualified economic development projects undertaken within said Economic Opportunity Area; or take any action in relation thereto.

RECOMMENDATION OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE: That the Town vote to approve the article as written. Voted 9-0.

ARTICLE 77:

ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY PROJECT CERTIFICATION

To see if the Town will vote to approve the Project Certification Application submitted by Pioneer Brewing LLC for a facility located within the Sturbridge #6 Economic

Opportunity Area at the project site shown in the Project the form of agreement between Pioneer Brewing LLC and the form submitted tot his Special Town Meeting.
