Thence S 36° 09’ 08” W, a distance of 113.12 feet to a point on the terminus of Deer Run Circle;
Thence the following two courses by the terminus of Deer Run Circle:
Northwesterly on a curve to the left with a radius of 70.00 feet for an arc distance of 10.92 feet to a corner of lots 52 and 53;
Northwesterly on said curve for an arc distance of 10.17 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described easement contains 2,187 square feet more or less; or act on anything relative thereto.
RECOMMENDATION OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE: That the Town amend the article in the section identified as DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOT 39 - 180 SQUARE FEET to remove the words “Beechwood Circle” and replace them with the words “Scotch Pine Circle” and in the section identified as DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOTS 52 AND 53 - 2,187 SQUARE FEET to remove the words “Spruce Hill Circle” and replace them with “Deer Run Circle” and accept the ways in the Town of Sturbridge, and the identification of said way, as public ways of the Town of Sturbridge being Preserve Way, Audubon Way, Scotch Pine Circle, Old Brook Circle and Deer Run Circle, and further authorize the Board of Selectmen to accept any and all necessary easement and appurtenances within the Preserve subdivision as same are shown on a plan of land entitled “The Preserve’, Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, Owned by Sturbridge Land Realty Trust, Leonard Jolles, Trustee”, by Thompson-Liston Associates, Inc., dated November 26, 2001, bearing a latest revision date of May 30, 2002, and recorded with Worcester Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 783, Plan 35, as provided to the Planning Board as described, contingent upon the approval of the DPW Director. Voted 6-0-1.
RECOMMENDATION OF THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN: That the Town vote to approve the article as written. Voted 4-0
RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING BOARD: That the Town accept these roadways contingent upon the approval of the DPW Director. Voted 4-0.
VOTE OF THE TOWN MEETING: The vote of the Town Meeting was to approve the article with the recommended amendment of the Finance Committee as declared by the Moderator.
