The Global Technical Support team provides a variety of services including: factory-authorized certification programs, 24/7 technical phone support (800-344-8951), 24-Hour service technician dispatch, comprehensive production audits, guaranteed performance programs and cross training for all SWF product lines.

Asset Renewal Program

The Automation Solutions Group (ASG) is a solution resource for all companies looking for assistance with packaging line integration. Our major focus is to improve “Total Return on Investment” and improve overall line efficiency. From conceptualization through installation, ASG is there to develop innovative packaging automation and manage the entire process. This value added “one stop shop” approach enables our customers to avoid inefficiencies and frustrations often encountered when managing multiple vendors and suppliers.

“Advanced Engineering Concepts” focuses on developing and keeping pace with new technologies, product enhancements and new product development. It also entails cost reduction through design, parametric modeling and lean initiatives. Furthermore, we are partnering with preferred suppliers that are dedicated to providing innovation, cost- competitive solutions and additional engineering support.

“Agile Manufacturing” embodies our lean initiatives. This includes our 6-S program (sort, straighten, scrub, safety, standardize, sustain) and improved materials management and purchasing. Furthermore, enhanced product design, machining and assembly are also part of agile manufacturing, supported by our investment in leading manufacturing technologies such as laser cutting, CNC break and CNC milling. These investments help us reduce part cost and quantity to simplify manufacturing, assembly and support of our products.
