Essential Skills for the Broker and Agent

This 1/2 day seminar concentrates on the needs of personal lines clients and small commercial risk is immediately useful, especially to the junior broker. Beginning with the introduction of the broker as the insurance intermediary, insight will be given to the skills that a typical broker needs to perform effectively. You will follow the progress of a risk from initial contact with the client through the evaluation and application process, to binding and policy documents.

Lonny Ladouceur, CIP, CRM – Lonny recently relocated from Calgary, AB with over 10 years experience collectively within the insurance industry and holds the position of a Commercial Account Executive/Risk Manager for ONE Insurance Group. Lonny also attends the University of Manitoba to complete the last course for his FCIP Designation and looks forward to instructing the C13 – Insurance Against Liability Part 1 in the spring of 2011.
