PULLMANN ORIENT EXPRESS
Once the Pullman Orient Express was restored to its former luxury and ready for a new lease on life, the cuisine on board also had to reflect this new beginning. Lenôtre, expert in the art of receiving guests and heir to the grand French culinary tradition, was ideal candidate to take up the chal- lenge.
Travelling along the winding Seine, where the glorious colours of the sunset are reflected, you will be served a gourmet dinner in the luxurious splendour of this legendary train, with all the opulence of on-board service in the 1930s. Champagne, recipes inspired by those served aboard the train in times past, the table ser- vice recreated from the original china, a staff wearing uniforms modelled on those of the period...
6:35 p.m.: A personal welcome at the Paris station, where the red carpet will be rolled out on the platform of the Pullman Orient Express. About 7:15p.m.: Departure of the Pullman Orient Express. Champagne, followed by a gour- met dinner prepared by Lenôtre, served in the tradition of the 1930s and accompanied by live music. 10:45 p.m.: Arrival at the Paris station.
CARRIAGE TYPE Today's Pullman Orient Express is made up of 7 carriages built at the end of the 1920s,
some of which have been classified as "Historic " Monuments". You can choose to dine in two carriages type (Prices differ according to the carriage type)
