DAVID C. HENDERSON is a partner in the Boston office of Nutter McClennen & Fish,
LLP. His practice concentrates in civil litigation and corporate general counsel advice, with
a particular focus on employment and labor issues and general business and commercial
matters. Mr. Henderson is a member of the bars of Massachusetts and the District of
Columbia, and has represented major corporations, private universities, public entities, and
individual employers and managers in a broad range of civil matters in federal and state
courts. Mr. Henderson received J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the Yale Law School, an M.A.
degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a B.S. degree (distinguished
graduate) from the United States Air Force Academy. Prior to joining Nutter, he was on
active duty in the United States Air Force as a pilot, instructor pilot, and judge advocate.

ANDREW C. PICKETT is the Managing Partner of the Boston office of Jackson Lewis

benefits, immigration law and related litigation. Mr. Pickett concentrates his practice in
employment litigation and counseling on behalf of management. He advises clients regularly
on employment law issues, including discrimination, reductions in force, FMLA leave, the
Americans with Disabilities Act, non-competition agreements, and litigation under the
Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Mr. Pickett has substantial trial experience, and
