It was nice to see the good turnout at the Crawfish Boil. It seems that we have become quite proficient at setting up for the event and just as good at taking down and folding up afterward. The weather was nice and the drive over was fun. Thanks to all of the British Car Drivers who had a chance to win $10.00 and this time it was Roy Richardson who got free crawfish for his efforts.

Pensacola Show Results
By the time you get this, our outing at the Pontchartrain Vineyards will have taken place. But coming up is the Back to the Beach Car Show and Concert taking place on Lakeshore Drive at Franklin Ave. by the UNO Assembly Center. Last year about 10 of us met at the Kinko’s Parking lot on the corner of Leon C. Simon and Franklin Ave to group before driving to the show site. We will do the same this year.
Sports Cars at Tannehill
Dorset Madness #10
They line cars up in the order that they come through the gate (not organized into classes like we do), so to make our “BRITISH CLASS” we must go in as a group. Come out and join us. There are some beautiful and unusual cars at this event and you get to hear some great music free with your admission to the show. And by the way, the proceeds from this event go to help make the lake fit for humans to swim in and sea life to live in.
While you are marking your calendars for the above event, don’t forget to make plans to join the fun at Catfish Charlie’s in June. If you have attended this event in the past years, you know that we have a really good turnout and the food is good and they keep it coming as long as you are hungry.
In July we will be going back to Taste of Bavaria and then August will be the Un-Car Show.
We have been having some very well attended meetings the last few months and I would like to thank all of the members who have been turning out and bringing their LBC’s.
