The unpaid principal balance of the Note as of the date hereof is Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Four Dollars and No/100 ($260, 594.00).
The maturity date of the Note and the Mortgage are hereby extended to June 30, 2013, as set forth in the provisions of this First Amendment, and any subsequent amendments, modifications, or renewals thereof.
. Except as set forth in this First Amendment, all other terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in the Note and the Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect.
. Whenever possible, each provision of this First Amendment shall be interpreted in such a manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provisions hereof shall be prohibited or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity only, without invalidating the remainder of such provision or of the remaining provisions of this First Amendment.

All questions with respect to the construction of this First Amendment, and the rights and liabilities of the parties to this First Amendment, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
