Solution Center

  • Contract signed, IDG Enterprise Online Account Services will contact client to schedule campaign kickoff call.

  • Kick off call (client and Online Account Services attend) to discuss the Solution Center theme and “look and feel,” etc.

  • Client’s creative is due within 7 business days after kick off call to Online Account Services.

  • IDG Enterprise Online Account Services will provide a Solution Center design mock up (.jpg) to the client for approval within 5 business days.

  • The client will have up to 3 business days to approve the mock up.

  • After the Solution Center mock up is approved, the IDG Enterprise team will build the interactive version of the Solution Center and will provide a link to the client within 5 business days for final approval.
