    Guided repetition of key parts of dialogue / text. Activity: Have a chat dialogues with choice of content (as in previous books) based on conversations between the 4 characters Sopo, Tatia, Luka and Irakli.

    Pair work fun tasks/guessing game. e.g. Who am I talking about?/Which picture / object / town / animal…… am I describing?

  • 3)

    Pronunciation differentiating sounds/word pairs with one sound difference.

    Fictional story, including ‘cartoons’ or jumbled pictures.

    Undoing the knot. The title of this series of short funny stories refers to the pupils’ task when they read

the stories. They have to ‘undo the knot’ of the final sentence (always the most important sentence in fun stories) in order to understand the story.

Activities:

    Number these sentences in their logical order to make a story;

  • b)

    Number the pictures in the correct order.

  • c)

    Read the story and put the numbers of the pictures in the spaces.
