Fees for Notices of Intent
Basic Filing Fee required for all applications
Each building lot
Any commercial or industrial project
Each wetland replication project required or proposed on the site
Consultant/Expert Fees If the project is other than an addition to or alteration to either a one family or two family dwelling (owner occupied) or related parking structures, the person shall agree, in writing, to pay the fees, costs, and expenses of any expert consultant deemed necessary by the Conservation Commission to review the Application for Permit or Request for Determination.
Requirements for All Applications
All filings must be on white paper.
All filings shall include a completed project information form supplied by the Commission.
The applicant shall submit an original application plus nine copies of the application to the Commission and in accordance with Section IV(C)(3)(b) of these regulations (other boards).
The Application for Permit or the Request of Determination of Applicability shall be fully completed.
An 8.5 x 11 inch reproduction of the U.S.G.S. quadrangle sheet showing the project locus shall be included. In the case where the project requires two (2) or more topographic sheets to show the locus, an 8.5 x 11 sheet clearly identifying the proposed work and site shall be included.
Detailed topography of the site such that the Commission may gain an understanding of the local topography shall be submitted. (An enlarged U.S.G.S. topographic sheet may satisfy this requirement.)
Fees in accordance with Section IV (B)(1) of these regulations shall be submitted by personal/business check, bank check, or money order.
