TOOL REFERENCE

Some repair procedures pictured in this manual show the use of specialized tools. Their actual use is rec- ommended as they make transmission repair easier, faster, and prevent costly damage to critical parts.

But for the most part, ordinary mechanic’s tools such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, etc., and other standard shop items such as a press, mauls and soft bars are all that is needed to successfully disas- semble and reassemble any Fuller Transmission.

The specialized tools listed below can be obtained from a tool supplier or made from dimensions as re- quired by the individual user. Detailed Fuller Transmit- sion Tool Prints are available upon request by writing. Eaton Corporation Transmission Division Technical Service Dept. P.O. Box 4013 Kalamazoo, Michigan 49003
