Setting Up Performance Measures

To schedule an alert specify the following parameters for each time dimension:

Alert Date: The start date and the end date for the alert schedule. The required format is displayed below the box. Note that if the frequency is specified as once, then the end date is not used.

Alert Time: This is the time of day for the alert schedule.

Alert Frequency: This is the report frequency. The possible choices are: Once, Hours, Days, or Months.

Alert Information: The alert information are the alert parameters. You can choose between running alerts for the current period or for the previous period. If you want alerts to run at at the end of a period, choose current period. If you want alerts to run after the period has closed, choose previous period.

Submit: Choose the Submit button to schedule the alert. Choosing the Cancel cancel the alert without scheduling it.

Success Message: The system displays a success message and a request ID. Use this ID to cancel or change the request.
