    2.   Accessory Uses

         Accessory uses and buildings may be permitted as                                         customarily incidental to any principal permitted

         uses.

    3.   Development Standards

         Minimum lot area on sewer            2,000 sq. ft.

         (The minimum lot area shall not be less than 750 sq.   ft. per dwelling           unit.)

         Minimum lot width at building line         20 feet

         Minimum front yard                         15 feet

         Minimum side yard  (each side) 5 feet
