Every student should pay the mess deposit of Rs.1000/- immediately on the admission to the hostel. This will be adjusted in the mess bill for the last month.
Every student has to take, “Hostel No Dues Certificate” at the end of the session and submit it to the Director, L.I.T otherwise their results would be withheld. No one should change the mess without prior permission of the warden.
Rate for the meals in the hostel will be fixed by the Hostel Advisory Committee.
Admission to the institute does not necessarily mean admission to the hostel.
Parents should note that their wards will not be allowed to take the
semester/annual examination until all dues of the institute and hostel are cleared completely and they must have more than 75% attendance during the academic session.
