The rodeo and bike show had great attendance. Many thanks to all the volunteers who made this happen and to Seven Oaks Recreation for all your help. A full report of the rodeo will be announced at June’s meeting.

Boone Wanda Jackson of Wanda’s Hair Gallery owns a neighborhood hair salon where Wanda can visualize the haircut for you as you walk through the door. Wanda has an amazing personality, she's vibrant, full of knowledge, motivated and will do everything to accommodate your specific needs. She wants to ensure the customer's happiness. Wanda has supported ABATE, District 25 for many years. She is our Mrs. Santa Claus by collecting toys at Christmas for our “Bikin for Tykes Program. Because of her kindness the children in our community has a wonderful Christmas every year. When asked for a donation for a fundraiser District 25 is having, she has always come through. She is a special lady, a dear friend to many of us, even though she might turn your hair green-----or might change her name conveniently to Linda---------We are proud to be associated with her. Wanda’s interest consists of her three children Erik, Emile, and Elly. Baby Bitch (her sportster) of 16 years and fishing at the cabin in Minnesota. Wanda’s Hair Gallery has been in business since 1986. Her salon is located 925 Story St in Boone, Iowa. Business hours are Mon, Wed, & Friday 7:30AM – 5:00PM. Tues. & Thurs. 7:30AM – 8:00PM.
